Puberty

Both males and females go through big changes during puberty, including changes to our bodies, our voices, and lots of other things. Kidshealth.org is a great resource about puberty.

Safe Sex and Contraception

Safe Sex is important, as unwanted pregnancy and STIs can cause big issues for you and your partner.

Before engaging in sexual activity, speak to a doctor about possible contraception for you, and how to prevent transmission of STIs. The last thing you want is issues "down there".

Sexually Transmitted Infections

Sexually Transmitted Infections are diseases transmitted sexually, as the name suggests.

STIs can be transmitted different ways. Some can be treated, while some can't, so being safe during sexual activity is important.
