Gawler Skating Club

The Gawler skating club is a club which teaches children and adults of any age, to skate in any of our clubs Artistic disciplines; free skating, figures or dance.

The Gawler Skating Club offers its members the chance to progress through different levels of skating, learning the art of free skating, figure skating and dance. Once at competitive level, our members qualify and participate in numerous competitions over the course of the skating year. Starting with league competitions, and progressing through to State championships and National championships. The Gawler skating club has recently had 9 of its competitive members represent South Australia in the Nationals Championships that were held in Adelaide.  The Gawler Skating Club in conjunction with the Gawler Council and the Gawler Sport and Community Centre also run a star class program, that teaches any one of any age how to roller skate.  

Dates

Club training times are;

  • Tuesdays - 5.00pm-8.00pm
  • Wednesdays - 5.00pm-6.30pm
  • Thursdays - 5.00pm-9.00pm
  • Saturdays - 8.00am-9.00am / 9.00-10.00am - Star class
